How to buy Arsenal tickets at face value.
81Buy face value Arsenal tickets and watch Fabregas in action.
Don't give the touts and scalpers your money. Get face value Arsenal tickets.
The current rising success of the English Premier League seems to be unstoppable. It is widely renowned as the most attractive league in the world, and it is without doubt the most profitable. Earnings from tv deals (the latest lasts for another 4 years), Champions League success and sponsorship deals have seen revenues increase as never before. Couple this with the new influx of ownership from mega wealthy overseas businessmen with their unlimited cash resources, and this gives an indication that any form of downturn is distinctly unlikely.
Latest attendance figures show that the fans are pouring through the turnstiles as never before and the leading clubs are selling out week after week. In fact, since Arsenal moved from their old Highbury home to the brand new Emirates Stadium, which has a capacity of 60,432, there has not been a single premiership league game for which the club have failed to sell every single ticket. Not only have they sold out for every such game, but they have achieved this without having to resort to putting tickets on sale to the general public.
All very well for the club and it’s season ticket holders and members, but not so good for the average working class Arsenal fan or foreign visitor hoping to catch a game. This may well be music to the ears of the ticket touts or scalpers (as they are known in the United States), for they are making vast sums of money. You only have to visit a couple of the ticketing agency sites to comprehend the cash these guys are pulling in. For an example, I’ve just visited an agency website and they are asking £170 for a ticket for the forthcoming Arsenal v Tottenham game. The face value for this is actually £55 which leaves them with a nice little profit of over £100 for just one ticket, and believe me that is nothing compared to when Manchester United or Chelsea are the visitors. Have a look for yourselves, you’ll be suprised.
The thing that bothers me is the fact that the young kids, who are the game’s lifeblood are not going to get a chance to see their team unless they settle for watching the game on the TV, for which they will have to pay (which is another story all together). Arsenal’s traditional grass roots support is typically tough working class north London, and these fans are being driven away to make way for what are now commonly known as Johnny come lately types
Anyway, enough of the facts and figures drivel, let’s get down to business. If you want to watch the Arsenal, then you have two or three options. Go to Arsenal.com and sign up to become a Red Member. This will set you back £30 for a season, and you will receive a membership card and a very attractive gift pack from the club as a bonus. This card will allow you the chance to buy a ticket for every single league game at the Emirates. It works like this. Platinum and Gold card members get first chance to attend the game. Then two months before the game, Sliver card holders get their pick, and finally one month before, you will get your option. Arsenal guarantee that a certain percentage are held back for Red members. Biggest problem using this method is the fact that for the big games you have to be very quick with your booking, and usually there are only the most expensive tickets left. What I tend to do is for a game against say Manchester United, then I let the game sell out. Once the game is sold out, then the club will allow season ticket holders who cannot attend, to sell their tickets on the site for face value, (it’s called ticket exchange). If you are patient, and have the time to constantly check availability, then trust me you will pick up cheap tickets for the top games. I have had tickets for both Chelsea and Manchester United at £50 a time using this method. When you book your ticket online, your card is activated, and this allows it to open the turnstile on the day of the game. If you can’t be bothered with all this, then you can just take a chance on match day and stand outside the booking office about an hour before the kick off, and hope someone has a spare to offload, although the chances of a cheap ticket for a top game this way are pretty slim. You could also try one of the pubs where the core grass roots type fans drink before the game, and hope someone can help you out, but again, unlikely for a big game. Also try joining one of the ‘old school type’ fans forums, although the users can be a suspicious tight knit crowd, once you have gained their trust and contributed good content to the forum, they will be willing to help you out.
Face value tickets to see Arsenal Chesea at the Emirates

Handy hints. So easy to get scalped for Arsenal tickets.
My fiancee and I are coming to Europe for our honeymoon next April and will be in London on 4/16 when Arsenal play Liverpool. Any chance I would be able to get tickets for a decent price?
How could I possibly get a ticket for arsenal and sunderland on March 5th. I have a plan to attend Chelsea vs ManU with my hospitality ticket, but I also want to see arsenal game. The ticket is currently sold out, please advice me.
My wife and I (from NYC) will be going to London in mid May. I planned our trip around that time because of the weather and its Arsenal's last home game of the year (2nd to last game) in EPL against Aston Villa. I didn't realize how hard it was to score tix. I don't feel like springing the 30 pounds each for a member. I also found out that same day is the FA cup finals. I understand that if Arsenal is in the FA Cup or if they are still in contention with 2 games left to win the EPL then its going to be a tough tix whether at Emirates or Wembley. However in the unlikely event that Arsenal is not in FA Cup finals and they are mathmatically eliminated from EPL crown is it safe to say I can walk up to Emirates and score a couple of face value tix from a scalper? Much appreciated
Hello
I'm looking for two tickets on 02.04.2011 Arsenal Blackburn. It's very important for me because it will be present:)
It's any chance to buy this tickets?
Hi, would greatly appraciate your advise on my chances for obtaining tickets for Liverpool game on april 16. I am traveling from Canada and will be in London for this weekend. Do you think I would be able to get tickets from touts for reasonable amount like 100 pounds? My other option is to book tickets to West Ham - Aston Villa game which are available at the face value from the West Ham site, instead of risking with Arsenal last minute tickets. Another question - what is the risk of being sold fake tickets from touts and how can I protect myself? Thanks a lot!
Great!
Dear Skinhead 69 thank you very much for your prompt response!
It seems that even if I buy Red memberships for me and my teenage son - I will not be able to buy tickets for this game, since there is one month waiting period?
In this case I will just go with your suggestion and try to get tickets before the game for 100 pounds!
Thank you very much again for your advice!
Max
Dear Skinhead 69!
Actualy I just went ahead and bought Red membership for me and my son, but it appears that there are no tickets available on Exchange for this game. I assume that if I keep checking back some tickets could come up for sale again?
Am i right, or my chances to get tickets now are slim?
Dear Skinhead 69!
I'd like to go to Arsenal-Blackbur match with my friend, however, there is no need to buy Red Membership as it is the final stage of the season, and seems there is tiny chance to get two tickets for face value. So, could you please, tell me if I have chances to get two tickets for reasonable prices waiting outside the ticket office?
Dear Skinhead 69
I see some tickest popoing up
for 116 and 162, but they are in diferent ends
Since I want to get two seats together with my son,
my chances are smaller
Still I will try to catch something
Thanks again for your help and advise!

I am the supporter from HK, do you guys if I have chance to buy ticket within £100 for manchester united vs chelsea on 08 May. The official ticket is already sold out but I can't find other ways to get a cheaper tickets, pls help!!
Good article, thank you. I have been in Cambodia for past decade and finally have the opportunity to bring my wife and 7 year old son to England in Sept. As a life long supporter of 42 years (70-71 being my first trip to Highbury) I am desperate to take my boy to a game and "indoctrinate" him. Seriously whats the chances of getting 3 tickets together by standing outside or thru the ticket exchange? We are looking at the Swansea and Bolton games although there is a potential Carling cup game in between these. Desperate in Phnom Penh
Thanks, is the situation the same for carling cup games, (season tickets sold thru ticket exch) i noticed in the past we have sold tickets cheap for some of these games to fill the stadium, guess it depends who we get really.
I am also an Arsenal fun that I will be in London with my son for the Arsenal Liverpool game. Searching in the net I have found a guy that he promised to bring me tickets in my London hotel (I will pay him when we will meet). I don’t know the guy I found him through tixnet site that sells tickets. What do you think? Shall I trust him or not? The price is not cheep (130 GBP) per ticket. How I will recognize that the ticket is not a fake one? I called the Arsenal site and ask them what the price is if I become a red member but they didn’t have any idea to tell me. Please if someone can help me I will be grateful
I am sorry but I am not talking about Carling Cup. I am talking about Premier League game. If someone becomes a red member and has the membership card the procedure is to “load” the card with a game? Because I have found someone to rent his card with the particular game loaded in. Do you have any idea if it works that way? Thank you in advance
Everything was OK. Thank you very much for your info. The experience was fantastic althought the score was bad for Arsenal.
if i buy a ticket from someone by the box office or pub, how do in know if its not a fake?
This was a great read! I am Arsenal through and through so that enticed me to read this and I wasn't disappointed!
Hello,
I am thinking to go to Arsenal-Manu game on 22th of January. How can I find a ticket for this game?
Is there a good chance outside the stadium (at the ticket office?) to buy 2 tickets next to each other for Arsenal-Newcastle on 10th March? What would be the reasonable price and how early before the game should I come to the stadium?
Hi my boyfriend and I are visiting London in february and are looking to get arsenal tickets for the arsenal vs Tottenham game. He is a red member but has not been able to get tickets. Do u know anyone willing to sell or have any info. Thank you for your help
Hi, nice reading.
I'm an Italian Arsenal Fan, and I'll be in London 14th of April with my fiancé, so I thought to buy tickets for Arsenal - Wigan, but online prices are impossible...
So...is it possible to buy tickets 2 tickets with one red membership, or do I need a red membership for me and one for my fiancé?
Thanks for the help in advance ;-)
My boyfriend is a massive arsenal fan and coming to the uk from mid-feb to early march, I am so keen to get him a ticket to watch a match, but am struggling, suggestions....was thinking of joining him as a red member, do u get ur membership number straight away (hence can u buy a ticket straight away)???
Thanks for the great tips! Would you know of any credible ticket websites to purchase tickets from. It doesn't matter if they're expensive, I just want my purchase to be legit. My friend purchased tickets through onlineticketexpress.com for $400 last year and they gave him tickets for the awayside which isn't what he paid for. Any suggestions, thanks!
Great thanks! Much appreciated, just sent message!
Thanks for the really informative tips.
I'm looking for 2 side-by-side tickets for Arsenal v Blackburn on Feb 4th. As the price shown by a ticket agent is not very affordable (£125 each), I'd like to know about the possibility of buying such 2 tickets at around the box office at 1/2-1 hour before kick off. It would be greatly appreciated if you could let me know your idea about such possibility.
Thanks.
Many thanks!! Just dropped a message directly.
Hi.I was wondering if the price for a ticket stays the same for a red member whether you buy a ticket through the ticket exchange or otherwise?
Thanks
...very good information! I will try as you recommend for the Aston Villa match on March 24th, my friend and I became Red Members only for this special visit to London. Here in Germany it is that easy to get tickets, you probabely can't imagine. And the prices are a lot lower to....
Regards from Berlin where poor Hertha is struggling to stay in Bundesliga....
Hi there - I would like to buy 2 red memberships for myself and a friend. If tickets are available, would it guarantee our seats being next to each other? Ive heard stories of how 1 red membership for 1 ticket - if this is true then woudnt we be sitting at different places because I'll be randomly buying my ticket with my membership and my friend doing the same! Please help confused - thanks.
Hello,
I will be in London from the States in March and Arsenal will be playing Milan. I would love to attend this game with my cousin. In your opinion what are the best ways to get 2 tickets to this game? (stand out side the ticket office before kick off?) Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks for the quick reply. Any idea how much tickets will cost? Would you happen to have any contacts I could reach out too to buy tickets from? I just want to make sure they are real tickets. Lastly are their any ticket touts offices near the Emirates or in London that sell tickets for a fair price?
Thanks again for your help
Hi, so do you think I can find the Milan game tix for cheaper now? And if so, how much do you think it'll cost for a good seat??
I am going to be in London on Easter Sunday. Against my better judgement I tried to do a transaction for an Arsenal-Man City ticket with an online ticket broker and my credit card company blocked the transaction. I'm glad they did as the company in question charged me $100 over the invoice quote and judging from further research, probably didn't have a ticket anyway. If I became a red member with the intention of just going to this game do you think it would be possible to pick up something on the exchange? The touts seem to be asking upwards of 170 pounds so the membership fee seems pretty reasonable if I could get a ticket at face value.
Hi, I'd like to double check on one thing. If I go to the stadium itself on the match day and buy a ticket at face value there from someone, does that mean I'll need to use his/her card in order to get in the stadium?
Alright. Thanks. So your recommendation for grabbing tickets at face values for face value is hanging around the office right? I'm looking for the Newcastle ones next week
Alright, I'll try my luck. Much appreciated for the help!
thanks for the great info...what do you think my chances are of getting a single ticket to the arsenal v qpr match on the 31st?
Hi, we're not from london, would u think we are still in time to join the red membership and get tickets for arsenal vs aston villa on the 24th? Are membership cards usually posted out or can we pick it up on match day?
Hi, I'm visiting london in april with my family and we would like to watch the match vs man city. There are 5 of us, what would be the best way to buy tickets? And what would be the best way if we all wanted to be seated together?
I see, are there any agencies you would recommend? I've been on a few sites but I'm not sure how to tell if they are legitimate or not. Thanks for the help.
Alex, I recently bought a red membership so I could see the Man City game and got my ticket last night when the box office opened at 2am Pacific time. As I write this the Arsenal site still has seats available for red members. BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL going through the online touts. Start reading reviews for most of them and you will find a legion of ripped off fans. Seems like even if they do deliver tickets, you get what they give you, not necessarily what you ordered. I originally tried to go this route with a company that had a very prominent online presence and my credit card company blocked the transaction, "due to high levels of customer complaints" according to the customer service rep. In the course of our discussion I found out the company had tried to charge my card close to $100 more than they had quoted me when I booked the order. including the booking fee I paid Arsenal Football Club 140 pounds for one ticket in the upper tier at the midfield stripe. The touts are asking more than 200 pounds for seats behind the goal. My advice is to split the party up and make sure you see the game by going through official channels, as per Skinhead's good advice
Skinhead, that's for this page. You saved my $100-200 and a lot of stress
I will be in London on April 21 as part of family of three and want to see an EPL game. Chelsea plays at Arsenal that night. I have read all your posts so it seems my options are 1. three red memberships trying to get three tickets together which might be hard to do, 2. get the contact information for the guy who sometimes has spare tickets or your two reliable contacts or 3. get tickets for the Fullham/Wigan game, least favorite option. I welcome your input. Thanks.
hey there! i will be in london next month. i am a red member and already purchased my ticket against man city. my buddy decided last minute to join me on my trip. he isn't a member but i added him into my network on the arsenal website. my question is can i get him assigned a ticket exchange ticket if he doesn't have a paid membership so he can attend also??
Hi, I'm looking to get 2 or 3 tickets for the Man City game on April 8th. I live in the US, and arrive in London around the end of March (I'd have a mailing address there). Is it too late for me to try to sign up for a red membership to use ticket exchange? If so, what alternatives might I have? Thanks a bunch.
Skinhead69 Thanks for all this, me and my brother (who is coming over from sweden to visit) were just about to buy two tickets for the chelsea game online for 400 pounds. Aargh.
I have a question though, do you need to be a red member to be able to buy the exchange tickets on arsenals website? If you are willing to pay quite a lot for a ticket (once in a lifetime to see this game and so on..) are there any sites you know are trustworthy? Plus, if you go outside boxoffice this day one hour before will someone actually lend you their membership card and then take it back after the game? Thank you VERY much. In desperate need for help.
Hey Skinhead69,
I moved to London for work this year after graduating and I've been to the Stadium and local fan bars near by for the past few months which I've thoroughly enjoyed. My question is regarding 2 things...1) I was going to get a red membership so I could get tickets for some of the last 2/3 home games but I read you advise against this late in the season...does the membership not carry over to next season or does it run up to the date you purchased it on? 2) My father now wants to visit me as he has heard nothing but good things about the Emirates and has a soft spot for the club because of me but I'm unsure of how to get him a ticket if I get mine through Arsenal.com with a red membership? Your advice would be much very appreciated!
skinhead69--great info, i'm so glad i found you! i will be in london visiting from san diego at the end of april and want a ticket in the arsenal supporters section for the stoke match. it's sold out and i've read enough about online ticket sellers to just say no. i've worked out transportation, just need a ticket. your advice would be much appreciated!
Hi there just had one quetion you see red membership people do they get ticktes cheaper? because my mate selling me the AFC vs MCFC games tickets for 19 quid! im not sure what membership he's got but still it cant be that cheap surely?
skinhead69--thanks for the info. i've asked to join the group on Facebook. What are the chances of getting a ticket on the train up to Stoke (I already have a train ticket!) or buying from someone at the stadium? I prefer to sit with Arsenal supporters but have also heard that Stoke's fans are really passionate about their football team that it really doesn't matter where I sit (and if it's in the middle of Stoke supporters, I'll be sure to tone myself down!).
Hey guys, just stumbled upon this site.
I'll be visiting london from singapore in 2 weeks. Thought of going for arsenal v chelsea but i had no idea how to go about getting tickets and now they are all sold out.
Was wondering if anyone had spare or something. im willing to pay but not some over the top 150 pounds insane marked up ticket. that's like a quarter of my wages. cheers.
Hey, thanks for the great posts- they have been very helpful thus far.
A friend and I are going to be in London on the 5th for Arsenal's last home game against Norwich. What do you think is our best option for getting tickets? The guy at the box office suggested coming to the box office right when it opens on the day of the game to see if there are any unsold tickets. If that doesn't work then I will be praying to buy a ticket outside the box office at game time. Ideally we would want the tickets to be together, but seeing the game in different sections is better than not seeing the game at all. Could I contact you more directly? I will be sure to check out the Arsenal Tickets facebook page, but buying tickets from one of your reliable contacts would be awesome. From one gooner to another, thanks again.

Good read this, amazed that Arsenal sell out the Emirates each game... just goes to show just how much Arsene Wenger has done at Arsenal. Dont get me wrong you are well overdue a trophy, and im sure they have a great boardroom, but none of that would have been possible without the loyalty of a great manager. Look at Spurs, they are chopping and changing managers all the time, spend shit loads of money every time.... hasn't got them anywhere. Redknapp will be gone soon too, he hasn't got a shred of loyalty in him, never has.
